ABOUT ALEXANDRE LANUC
As a legal counsel, I had the opportunity to deepen my knowledge by training in International Management at HEC Paris. This experience showed me the need for a legal counsel to have parallel formation in a major business school, but above all to have the opportunity to have professional experience abroad, which I did in Africa. During my various professional experiences, I have been able to tackle subjects as varied as franchise law, distribution law, IP/IT and international loans, allowing me to specialise in several legal spheres. All these experiences have given me a taste for teamwork, allowing me to understand all the issues related to the negotiation, conclusion and management of a contract.
