Key Responsibilities- Steer Network Performance for roadside assistance, towing, rental, taxi and second‑services across all the country where EA is acting- Own and develop core KPIs : SLG & leadtimes, provider acceptance, refusal rate, first‑service performance, cost per intervention, taxi vs rental mix, multi‑delegations, NPS impacts- Lead AI‑powered projects such as Network Optimization (Group scalability), predictive rental duration, EV rental automation, and cost‑modeling- Drive digitalization of Mobility services (rental & taxi digital flows, phone fix optimization, city/rural differentiation)- Redesign the On‑Demand Assistance offer: customer journeys, hybrid pricing models, market benchmarks, contribution to the Cosmos project insights- Coordinate with global strategic partners on contract governance, pricing, rebates, and integration strategy- Ensure cross‑country alignment with all departements on controls, payment flows, datasets, operating models, and transformation roadmaps
