In my role at Rio Tinto I support the global growth strategy from an HR point of view. I support HR and business leaders by performing HR Due Diligences on M&A targets alongside other business streams, and advize along the deal life cycles. I also support the planning and first 100 days of integrations. From an organic growht point of view, I am also reponsible to lead the New Country Entry process from start to end.
