As European Markets Consultant, I specialise in driving regional projects and fostering global relationships in the arenas of recruitment and talent search. My remit is leading the EU expansion within the Real Estate Business for Artes, Germany\'s largest recruiter within the Real Estate industry. My previous expertise spanned the EMEA, NA and APAC regions, where I identified and recruited top-tier talent for mid to board-level positions across a spectrum of industries, including Energy, Utilities, Engineering, Infrastructure, FMCG, Legal, Luxury, Financial Services, and Pharma.In previous roles, I established and led the Energy Sector at Henley Insights Group. Furthermore, I contributed to the ambitious expansion of Criticaleye in Singapore and Hong Kong - helping them forge strategic business opportunities and building strong relationships with Senior Executives at leading Energy and Financial Services organisations.A passionate advocate for collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning, I thrive in dynamic environments that demand cross-functional teamwork and innovation. I also hold a Certificate in Executive Research from AESC and an Ethical Marketing/Advertisement Certification from the ICC Academy. I am currently undertaking a CIPD Level 5 qualification.As a multilingual professional, I am fluent in German, French, and English, proficient in Spanish, and hold an A2 level in Mandarin.
