Senior executive with 20+ years of experience in corporate finance, M&A and strategy. I help organizations in developing and executing financial and M&A strategies to support their growth objectives. I have led and coordinated large scale projects including financing transactions across the full spectrum of the capital structure (bank financings, bespoke private junior debt financings, infrastructure & renewable energy project financings, capital markets equity/debt IPOs) as well as transformative M&A transactions.
