About My Role:As the Deliverability Manager at Positive Group, I ensure that our clients maximize their email sending performance. I am committed to providing comprehensive solutions to ensure that their campaigns reliably and effectively reach their recipients. Key Responsibilities:Analysis and monitoring of deliverability KPIs, such as bounce rates (hard & soft), complaint rates, open rates, and deliverability rates.Collaboration with cross-functional teams (Sales, Support, R&D) to integrate best deliverability practices.Managing and resolving deliverability issues, including those related to sender reputation and blacklists.Educating and training both clients and internal teams on the importance of deliverability and best practices.Managing DMARC, DKIM, SPF and BIMI.Regulatory monitoring for data protection and GDPR compliance. Key Achievements:Developed and implemented a deliverability strategy that increased delivery rates by an average of 15% across clients who needed my expertise, each from different sectors with their own unique constraints.Created internal and external training sessions on best deliverability practices.
