The system includes eleven acute care hospitals, three acute care children’s hospitals and a leading pediatric rehabilitation hospital, a freestanding 100-bed behavioral health center, ambulatory care centers, geriatric centers, the state’s largest behavioral health network, comprehensive home care and hospice programs, a medical group, multi-site imaging centers and four accountable care organizations-As an Executive Recruiter within the newly formed executive recruitment tower of RWJBH\'s TA org, I am responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for RWJBH\'s internal and external executive hiring needs, ensuring a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing talent pipeline-I partner with RWJBH\'s senior leadership team to align talent attraction and retention strategies with the company\'s long-term vision and goals. I leverage my expertise in executive recruiting, diversity recruiting, strategic sourcing, and using data to inform talent strategies and decisions, in order to attract and retain talented and driven leaders who can help RWJBH grow and innovate. Simply put, I hire the executives who lead the people who deliver exceptional care to our patients-I also mentor, motivate, and empower my fellow recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
