Working with Interior Designers, vendors, hotel owners/operators, to order and expedite FF & E and OS & E within overall budgetary, schedule and design constraints- Expediting orders on a weekly basis and updating status reports for owners- Updating owners, designers, and construction on project status during weekly calls- Facilitating meetings between additional trades including architects, engineers, contractors, installers, audio/visual, signage, to meet project needs- Working with manufacturers to bid custom FF & E and negotiate pricing- Developing & maintaining project budget and cashflows- Recommending VE and re-selections for over budget or long lead time items- Collecting and processing all invoices, ensuring on time payment- Preparing various forms involving POs, COs, and RFP/RFQ’s- Managing submittal process (Shop Drawings, Finish Samples, Seaming Diagrams, Prototypes, CFAs, and Strike Offs) with the owners, designers, and vendors- Working with freight forwarders to expedite goods from various points, overseas- Monitoring receiving reports to ensure all items are received and in good condition- Coordinating deliveries between warehouse team and install team on site- Resolving punch list issues and settling claims through the product warranties- Traveling to site to coordinate model room review and project installation.PROJECTS: Four Seasons Hotel & Spa (Washington, DC), Elevation Boutique Hotel (Montgomery, AL), Aria Sky Suites (Las Vegas, NV), Marriott Marquis (Houston, TX) SLS South Beach (Miami, FL) Residence Inn Tudor Wharf (Boston, MA), Hilton (Orlando, FL)CLIENTS: Strategic Hotels, EJI, MGM Resorts, RIDA, Ennismore, Pyramid Global
