At Arup, I am leading the Climate and Sustainability Services in the property devision in Germany. In our service line we accompany our clients on their sustainability journey for their transition of real estate assets and portfolios. We work with our clients on resilient, future proof and ESG aligned investments that maintain their value. ABOUT ALEXANDRA QUINT
Alexandra Quint is an expert in strategic sustainability transformation and an experienced ESG and sustainability manager in the real estate industry. As Associate Director at Arup Germany, she heads Climate and Sustainability Services in the Property division. She advises on climate and nature-related risks and opportunities at corporate, portfolio, and asset level and develops integrated strategies based on national and international ESG standards, regulations, and market requirements.Alexandra studied geography at the universities of Bochum and Sheffield and graduated with an M.Sc. in Urban and Regional Development Management. Her expertise is based on many years of experience in sustainability transformation in consulting, industry and research. From 2021 to 2025, she headed the ESG department of real estate developers assiduus and Livory, where she was responsible for all sustainability activities of the companies, including strategy developments and product transformation. From 2018 to 2021, she headed sustainability management at the municipal company Gesobau AG in Berlin. From 2012 to 2018, she was a researcher at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), where she conducted transdisciplinary research on the sustainability transformation of existing neighborhoods.
