As Director of Operations at Eshelman Innovation, I oversee a $30M+ portfolio spanning venture creation, therapeutic development, and strategic initiatives. My role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating institutional priorities into scalable operational infrastructure across PMO, finance, and marketing. I specialize in building and optimizing systems that enable growth. This includes aligning cross-functional teams, managing complex budgets and resources, and implementing governance and processes that improve visibility, accountability, and execution across programs. My background spans academic medicine and healthcare systems, including work at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where I led cross-functional initiatives in population health, care redesign, and program operations. Across roles, I’ve partnered with executive leadership, faculty, and external stakeholders to drive outcomes in complex, highly regulated environments.
