Paystand represents the next step I wanted to take in my career; I have three specific reasons why I chose this job: the first is because of the projection that the company has and the use of disruptive technology that generates impact in the Fintech world achieving growth potential. The second is because after having worked in the nonprofit world I realized that generating social impact can also be done through the for profit world and I would like to recover the corporate background of my previous life and integrate it through a growing company like Paystand and thus, generate social impact in communities. The last but not least reason is because my life purpose has always been to inspire Latinx communities to grow within their working life through their capabilities.
