   In this role, I ensure administration requirements for all the Giving Fund entities are completed effectively. Supporting the Giving Fund CEO, all Officers and Country Managers (AU, CA, UK/IE) engage with their boards and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities included, but not limited to:• Directly report to and support Giving Fund CEO with administrative matters, such as managing their calendar and coordinating meetings with other executives and boards globally• Support Global Leadership Team (GLT) and Country Managers of US, Canada, UK, Ireland and Australia to execute governance and compliance in accordance to global and local charity regulations • Draft Board meeting minutes to support the Board Secretary of three PPGF boards: Canada, UK and Ireland• Inform the Global Entity Management team and manage the appointment of new directors to Giving Fund’s 5 boards, and support with recruitment processes for global staff• Support the GLT with scheduling meetings such as board meetings and customer engagement meetings• Manage customer support escalations from company partners, charities and donors as their direct contact • Create and analyze reports from Jira to deliver to CFO, Controller and Country Managers • Maintain the manual enrollment queue for charities onto the platform, reviewing roughly 60 to 150 charities daily• Investigate and manage chargeback cases on platforms such as PayPal, Braintree and Amex• Assist in the organization for global events such as the 2021 PayPal Giving Platform Virtual Offsite and coordinate the production and delivery of swag boxes to be sent to over 100 attendees worldwide
