Business unit Digital Resilient CitiesI am mainly working in the area of sustainable behaviour research with particular focus on behaviour determinants and behaviour patterns of different target groups (e.g. social milieu groups). My main interest lies in the development of strategies for encouraging behaviour changes (e.g. from using high energy modes to using low energy modes) by designing and testing communication strategies or persuasive technologies, gamification approaches and bespoke information services.
