I’m a UX research and innovation leader with a background in digital anthropology, with experience in senior roles across big tech, government, startups, and scale-ups. My work centres on understanding how people form relationships with technology and translating those insights into responsible, commercially viable products.Some key projects- Designed and delivered executive-level training in ethnographic methods and design thinking for senior client service professionals and C-suite leaders (True & North for Twitter, BBC Worldwide, Meta, R/GA, GroupM, Business Insider, Euronews, WeTransfer)- Led research supporting the rollout of secure video calling across the UK prison estate during the COVID-19 pandemic (Ministry of Justice)- Conducted foundational research that set the strategic direction for a new digital coaching product (MindGym)- Delivered global, multi-site ethnographic research to assess the commercial potential of anchored AR experiences (Meta – Spark AR)- Led early-stage discovery research in emerging markets, informing AR-driven e-commerce strategy for the Indian market (Meta – Spark AR).
