Inkling is a b2b learning management system for operational workforces. Think retail workers, restaurant workers, and grocery store workers. Together with my team of talented developers and product managers-I redesigned the end user portal home page -I redesigned the end user library -I introduced the team to Design Sprints As a senior employee, I was tapped to run a Tiger Team to focus on Inkling\'s culture and benefits. My team and I took a few months to compile data, talk to employees, and craft recommendations that would help Inkling retain our great employees and attract new quality ones. The output of our recommendations were well received by the Executive team and some were implemented immediately after our final presentation.
