ABOUT ALEXANDRA JOHNSON
I work across TV, events, and am building new wellness opportunities while running a thriving Pilates Reformer studio. While it might seem like a mix, these areas come together seamlessly, fueled by my passion for health, fitness, and teamwork. As an energetic North Londoner with a flair for spine health, I bring an extra spark of vitality to everything I do—whether in the Pilates studio or on set, where I’m known for motivating teams even when energy wanes (perhaps it’s the Viking heritage of us redheads!). I’m approachable, passionate, and versatile, with a knack for making every team member feel valued. From managing TV talent, contributors, and production crews to liaising with agencies, venues, and Hollywood movie stars, I ensure everyone leaves with a positive experience. With experience directing teams and talent, working within budgets, and even dabbling in scriptwriting, I thrive on creating new, dynamic experiences. I develop systems and processes that drive results and push boundaries, all while fostering a professional yet fun environment—because life is short, so we might as well make it a good one! I’m dedicated to creating my own path, building unique wellness experiences, and expanding opportunities in ways that blend my skills and passions for fitness and media. I\'m currently training in and working with clients that have neurological issues to help them feel and be more empowered and capable in their day-today lives.
