   In addition to Sr. Experience Designer Responsibilities, together with Regional Director- Support of Experience Design team as additional resource for expertise, collateral review, and program planning aid- Strategic assignment of programs to regional Experience Designers- Interviewing, hiring, training and management of Experience Designers- Conduct team reviews, set performance goals, and address performance issues as needed- Participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with assigned team to discuss workload, challenges, observations, and team feedback- Participate in leadership meetings to ensure department representation and solve for team challenges
