Atlas Network is a nonpartisan, nonprofit foundation that supports the development and success of pro-freedom organizations worldwide. I direct the Atlas Network Academy team, engaging employees of these organizations through online and in-person training in strategic planning, fundraising, marketing & communications, and leadership- Direct the daily operations, managing a team of four full-time employees, multiple contractors, and a $1.5 million budget- Design and deliver innovative learning solutions across varied modalities, including in-person, online, and blended experiences. Trained 1,012 individuals in 2024 and since 2020. Tailored program design for middle management to senior leadership from organizations in over 65 countries- Facilitate 12 annual in-person leadership development, strategic planning, and fundraising workshops in various countries around the globe for customers in that region. Lead the design and customization of these programs to meet the varied needs of each audience- Conduct detailed learning needs assessments with senior leaders and subject matter experts to identify gaps, priorities, and inform program design for each new program delivered in regions we operate in- Deliver “Train the Trainer” sessions to other facilitators on instructional design, adult learning, and facilitation best practices. Since January 2024, trained trainers from 7 countries who have designed and led their own learning programs- Increased engagement across regions with our programs from 51% partner engagement in 2023 to 74% partner engagement in 2024 through regular, focused outreach and recommendations- Implemented a new engagement pipeline for prospective partner organizations. Developed a system to track and support applicants by engaging them in targeted training programs- Leveraged Docebo LMS and Articulate to develop engaging and accessible online courses for learners in 75+ countries and multiple languages.
