From 2006 to 2011, Dogtopia grew to 30+ locations. As Marketing Manager, Alexandra lead multi-channel, innovative initiatives that connected with a diverse consumer base from Denver CO to Waco TX to Washington, DC. The marketing department’s efforts were a vital contributor to the company’s ability to thrive during the height of the recession. In July of 2011, Alexandra established Mason Cre8tive LLC. Alexandra was engaged by a variety of businesses ranging from family-run enterprises to private equity firms. Annual revenues of partner businesses averaged $50MM. In May of 2021, Alexandra accepted a position as Director of Portfolio Marketing with the highly successful Ames Watson Capital team, which holds Lids, Champion Teamwear, South Moon Under and Calire\'s in its portfolio. She was promoted to SVP of Marketing and Branding in 2025, overseeing functions across the Ames Watson portfolio.
