Transforming companies, shaping cultures, and developing individuals lie at the very core of my identity. I thrive on challenging the status quo and diving headfirst into the task of making improvements.Until June 2023, I held a dual role as a Member of the Executive Board at HRS, combining two pivotal positions:As the CEO of HRS E-Commerce, I led the transformation of our portal, HRS.de, into a pioneering platform that redefined standards in the realms of business travel and e-commerce. After an immensely rewarding seven-year tenure, I made the decision to depart on a high note, passing the baton to the next generation.Now, my undivided dedication is directed toward my role as the Chief People Officer of HRS Group. I made this choice because human resources deserve undivided attention and must be overseen by someone who possesses a deep understanding of business transformation.My mission is to foster an environment at HRS that nurtures true intrepreneurs and collaborators, enabling them to grow, connect, and pioneer innovative solutions for our valued customers. As a certified Business Coach and Mediator, I am committed to empowering those around me to excel in their professional and personal lives. In recent years, we have successfully revamped our entire HR department into a digital powerhouse, employing robust analytics to support our recruitment and development efforts.In addition to my passion for transformational leadership, modern HR practices, and company culture, I am an advocate for female leadership. I firmly believe that all hands must be on deck as we collectively shape the future of companies and society at large.I joined the company in 2011. Since 2017, I am Member of the Executive Board of the HRS Group. During my time with the company, HRS has grown from being a company with 150 employees to more than 800 employees with 54 nationalities based in more than 35 office hubs worldwide.
