Serve as the liaison between clients and their respective departments during every part of the auction cycle, including providing pre-sale shipping estimates, processing bids and registrations, orchestrating telephone bid operations, coordinating post-sale shipping and logistics, and offering ongoing client support.• Oversee the implementation of KYC and compliance policy in accordance with UK law as well as ensuring local and international tax policy are upheld during post-sale logistical coordination.• Offer close assistance to all departments, including assisting the Bonhams Cars team during out-of-state car auctions, coordinating the packing and collection of property, and ensuring the safe and expedient shipping and distribution of all artwork, often exceeding 200-300 lots per sale.• Regularly evaluate the quality of customer service provided by the team and suggest improvements for how we can optimize our clients’ experience, better serve our various departments, and anticipate client needs.
