With over 15 years of experience in business analysis and project delivery, I am a Client Relationship Director at Project Partners, a leading consultancy firm that specializes in helping clients achieve their strategic goals and objectives. I hold a BA Honours in History from De Montfort University and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.My core competencies include process improvement, customer relationship management, risk management, and regulatory compliance. I have successfully managed large-scale change, improvement, implementation, systems, and transformation projects across various regulated industries, such as financial services, insurance, and retail. I have also worked with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, engagement, and readiness for regulatory changes and audits, such as IFRS 9 standards and FCA visits. As a Client Relationship Director, I am responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and identifying new opportunities for growth and collaboration. I am also involved in leading and supporting a team of talented project managers, who share my passion for delivering innovative and impactful solutions that create value for our clients and our organization.
