I am a freelance journalist, event host, former Deputy Editor of HELLO! magazine and current Spiritual Wellness Editor of HELLO! London. I\'m also a guest presenter on UK Radio’s The Healing Power of Your Dreams and I\'m writing my first book (represented by Bell Lomax Moreton). Throughout my career I have been renowned for managing busy, talented teams and securing global exclusive cover stories and shoots - including the weddings of A listers including Paris Hilton and James Middleton. I\'ve interviewed everyone from Robbie Williams to Rihanna, Jon Bon Jovi, Harry Styles and Kim Kardashian, reported live to 2.2m viewers at the wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle and appeared as a pop culture commentator on Entertainment Tonight in Canada, TF1 in France and HOLA! TV across the US and Latin America. I\'m also an internationally qualified sound healing practitioner - I host regular sound baths in London - and an IPHM-accredited Reiki Master Teacher and Rahanni healer.
