The primary objectives of this internship are to support the successful delivery of the San Diego Housing Federation’s Affordable Housing Management (AHM) Academy while gaining hands-on experience in program coordination, mentorship, and workforce development. This includes assisting with program logistics, administrative support, and data management, as well as contributing to the effectiveness of the mentorship program through coordination and feedback collection. A key focus will be on empowering individuals from underserved communities by increasing program visibility, recruiting new participants, and developing stronger employer partnerships to create career opportunities. Additionally, the role will support alumni engagement by tracking graduate career progression and coordinating professional development activities, ensuring the AHM Academy continues to grow its impact.
