I am passionate about developing people & organizations. You can\'t do one without doing the other - developing organizations always means (among other things) developing people and vice versa. As an intercultural leader, business coach and process & corporate governance specialist I am dedicated to creating an organizational environment that allows people to grow and develop. I am curious to get to know other people and cultures, understanding their lives, views and realities. Supporting individuals in identifying their unique strengths, unlocking their potential and identifying ways to overcome obstacles are activities that make my heart beat faster. Organizing, moderating and hosting workshops, bringing people together, collaborating and facilitating knowledge transfer and exchange are activities I am good at. Building a better future and providing equal opportunties - both in developed as in developing countries - also means providing sustainable job & career opportunities that build on people\'s strengths and resources. In many years as Consultant, Trainer, Leader and Audit Committee member of different Microfinance Institutions accross Africa and Central East Asia, I established Internal Audit Departments, trained and supported Management, staff, team members and supported transformation into modern, process, customer and goal oriented Internal Audit Departments. I got to know, work with and appreciate people from many different cultures around the globe, and accompanied many young people throughout their career into leadership positions - this was a unique experience. Besides my professional live, I am enthusiastic about supporting kids in using digital media and tools in a productive and creative way, am supporting our local school in organizing digital & media literacy trainings, love hosting guests and being on the countryside.
