   The Peace and Security Funders Group is a network of foundations and philanthropists that collaborate to enhance their grantmaking around conflict and national security issues. I manage the operational activities of the organization; supervise staff and manage the board; lead fundraising efforts; supervise external communications and outreach efforts; represent the organization in the media, with policymakers, and in other fora; speak and write on peace and security issues; and ensure that the organization’s strategic goals and objectives are implemented. In my first five years, I increased the organizational budget tenfold, quadrupled the staff, and PSFG\'s membership by 39 percent.
