ABOUT ALEXANDRA SHRAYBMAN

I am a Portfolio Manager in Education area focusing primarily on K-12. At One8 we seek to transform classrooms in Massachusetts, alongside our educator partners to give students the 21st Century learning they need and deserve with applied learning at the core. I have 15+ years of experience and proven track record in building products, large-scale organizational transformations, operational excellence and strategies.I started my career in technology, then transitioned to management consulting, followed by product management, and then made a transition to portfolio management in Education sector philanthropy.During my career I led complex projects and managed cross-functional teams and various stakeholders working across multiple industries.I lean upon my thorough data-driven decision making, sense of ownership, outcome-oriented mindset, adaptability to fast-changing situations and life-long passion for learning new things.I am at my best when I am trusted to drive the tackling of interesting complex large-scale problems together with a great team of extraordinary people, and when I know that we are making the world a better place. I thrive in a collaborative dynamic culture with people that mentor, coach, role model, and are just inspired by what they do.I truly admire companies with ambitious missions that are determined to make people\'s lives better!
