An experienced HR professional, who is enthusiastic and self motivated with a strong background in hospitality and retail, both in an operational capacity and in many people support roles.A strategic thinker who is able to use previous operational experience, as well as recent best practice to visualise full employee life cycle solutions whilst finding practical ways of implementing these goals within the organisation through designing a change strategy and setting strategic objectives.Strong experience in all areas of L&D, Talent and recruitment, including design, delivery and evaluation of on-boarding, career path development programmes, succession, head office and ops lead recruitment strategies and operational training including vast experience of new store openings. Has experience of designing training programmes from Team Member level through to Senior Directors in the organisation.A strong facilitator accredited to deliver Stephen Covey’s ‘7 Habits of Highly Effective People’, ‘5 Choices’ and ‘4 Essential Leadership roles’ who has also delivered a wide range of classroom training to all levels of the organisation.Successful people manager who is able to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results. Successfully launched the following people solutions into the organisation: performance review, goal setting, learning management system, e-learning, social networking (Jam), online recruitment and succession, including the development and enhancement of these modules to support the business.
