I am currently supporting a precision medicine cancer treatment trial which explores treating patients based on the specific molecular profiles of their tumors.Specific duties include-Coordinating scientific working groups and committees of cancer researchers by scheduling conference calls and following up on action items to keep their projects on track-Gathering and compiling information and materials from investigators for cancer research-related activities-Writing scientific summaries of calls/meetings pertaining to cancer research-Performing administrative tasks associated with various platforms such as PubMed, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office-Writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows to establish new processes and refining these SOPs as processes are implemented-Abstracting, compiling, and synthesizing information from cancer clinical trial protocol documents and cancer clinical trial databases
