Alexandra Schneider is known for her vibrant writing, strong leadership, and definitive results. But above all, she knows how to get the right stories to the right people. She is currently pursuing a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from NC State University. There, her work focuses on power: who has it, who doesn\'t, and what we\'ll do to get it. At NC State, she will serve as an instructor for the first year writing program. Alexandra deeply understands the power of narrative. She has experience with corporate publishing, multimedia content creation, branding, intersectional narratives, writing for public good, media law, and copy editing. She holds an undergraduate degree in Strategic Communications and Creative Writing from Elon University where she served as a research fellow for four years, presenting work at international conferences. At their previous position at Hearst Magazines, they worked as an editorial associate at Seventeen Magazine. Here they helped grow the social following to 3 million and gained over article views. Her work has been syndicated by Yahoo News, Harper\'s Bazaar, Cosmopolitain, and MSN news. You will notice that many of their leadership roles focus on bringing diverse communities together. This is because inclusion and equity are cornerstones of both Alexandra\'s professional and personal life. As such, Alexandra recently finished working in Soria, Spain. As an international language teacher working for the Spanish government, she gained a broader understanding of the global power of effective communication skills.
