With over twelve years of experience in the anti-violence movement, Alexandra is a passionate and dedicated professional who strives to offer equitable and accessible services to victims of crime and trauma. As the Director of Access to Care at Cleveland Rape Crisis Center, Alexandra leads the team responsible for the delivery of high-quality crisis intervention to survivors of sexual violence and human trafficking in Northeast Ohio.Alexandra has a proven track record of advancing victim services through thoughtful and engaging community collaborations. She has successfully secured and managed multiple grants, developed and implemented strategic plans, and established partnerships with law enforcement, hospitals, and other agencies. She has also enhanced the quality and effectiveness of services by incorporating trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and survivor-centered practices. Her mission is to lead a life fueled by compassion, courage, and grit, while inspiring others to do the same.
