ABOUT ALEXANDRA PFLAUMER
I am passionate about building inclusive, authentic, and innovative leaders. While working in leadership roles in retail, contact centers, enterprise, and line HR, I have gained strong people management, program management, relationship, and collaboration skills. Earning a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology has given me additional knowledge in effective team and leadership behaviors. I have most recently obtained my ICF- Associate Certified Coach credential and am working towards a Grief Educator Certification to better support coaching clients in grief and educate organizations on how to best support their employees.
