Facilitated ~5 organization design exercises, spanning ~450 employees and multiple job families, including 1 job family migration (~70 global employees). Established thoughtful communication strategies, thorough project management trackers and concluded with positive employee sentiment for each design change. Job family migration exercise resulted in positive employee sentiment shift, reduced transfer rate and enhanced talent attraction rates.
