Flight Operations Communications Representative @United Airlines

This position is responsible for daily support of operational and department communications and will work with the Flight Operations Communications Manager and System Flight Manager to provide detailed communications to our pilots, including but not limited to: 1) Pilot Bulletins, Ops Alerts, and CCS messages, and 2) Department and Corporate communications. This position is instrumental when planning and preparing special events, including but not limited to: employee recognition, town halls and adhoc projects. This position also supports various Flight Operations administrative needs. • Support regular Flight Ops communications (Flight Ops Update, Pilot Bulletins, CCS Messages, Ops Alerts) • Support ad hoc communication requests (surveys, data validation, information gathering) • Special event planning (Media and PR events, Townhalls) • Support FO Staff Representatives, Communications Manager and Flight Manager as required with administrative tasks
