I oversee the SCI Quality Framework, which encompasses all our policies and procedures. I coordinate efforts across more than 28 functions to enhance quality and compliance in all areas of our work. My key responsibilities include identifying and reducing duplication in processes, improving data accessibility to support informed decision-making, and supervising the annual self-assessment conducted by over 52 country and national offices against Quality Standards. I also assist executives in strengthening the organisational culture and enhancing staff capacities in quality management and continuous improvement across the organisation. Achievements: • Integrated Quality Standards with SCI’s core management processes, including Country Strategy, Annual Planning and Budgeting, ensuring alignment and synergy. • Prioritised the Quality Standards Self-Assessment (QSSA) across all areas of SCI’s work, developing and implementing solutions for gaps or barriers. • Finalised and implemented the Quality Framework (QF) Governance Procedure, ensuring quality assurance is embedded across the organisation. • Ensured the Annual Horizon Planner provided comprehensive information for effective planning at CO, NO, and Regional Office (RO) levels.
