I work at the intersection of leadership, growth, and human experience.With over 15 years at H&M, I’ve partnered closely with leaders and teams navigating change, complexity, and transition; often while balancing business priorities with the very real human dynamics beneath them.What I’ve learned is this:Most challenges in leadership aren’t about capability. They’re about clarity, alignment, and support.My work focuses on leadership development, coaching, and change; helping leaders create environments where people can think clearly, grow intentionally, and perform sustainably. I’m especially drawn to complex, nuanced challenges where there’s no single right answer, but where thoughtful leadership makes all the difference.I bring a strategic yet deeply human approach to my work; grounded in curiosity, belief in others, and a commitment to continuous improvement. I’m energized by helping leaders move from insight to action, and from intention to impact.I’m a SHRM-SCP, ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner, and Gallup Certified Strengths Coach.Outside of work, I’m a parent, a lifelong learner, and deeply interested in personal and inner growth. I believe that when leaders grow as humans, the organizations and communities around them grow too.
