I’ve always considered myself a creative person - someone who enjoys storytelling through communication, visuals, and tone. Somewhere along the way, I realized that what makes creative work truly effective isn’t just the idea itself, but the structure behind it. Since then, I’ve developed a genuine appreciation for systems, organization, and the “how” that turns ideas into something real and repeatable.I’m at my best where creativity and structure meet. Whether I’m shaping content, supporting community, or organizing workflows, I care deeply about clarity, efficiency, and making things easier for the people involved.I value collaboration, honesty (I love feedback!), and clear communication. I’m often the person translating ideas between teams, documenting how things work, and helping create shared understanding - a skill I started developing early on while working on an engineering design team in college, learning how to bridge very different ways of thinking. It was humbling, occasionally confusing, and surprisingly formative.At the core of how I work are curiosity, humility, and a constant willingness to learn, especially as I explore roles across brand, operations, and creative direction.
