Preparing and coordinating special events and official ceremonies held at CERN in Geneva, such as admissions of new Member States, signatures of international cooperation agreements and others. Preparing and coordinating the protocol activities of the Directore-General and CERN Directorate, including bilateral and multilateral meetings; and providing protocol coverage of their activities at major international events, as appropriate. Organizing luncheons/dinners/receptions and other social events hosted by CERN Directorate. Providing guidance and advice to permanent missions of Member States, Associate Member States, Observers and Non-Member States on protocol usage and practice, order of precedence etc.
