As a licensed clinical rehabilitation and mental health counselor, I am committed to helping individuals with disabilities and mental health concerns achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. With a demonstrated history of working with clients 16+, I have experience using an eclectic theoretical approach that draws on a range of evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy, and person-centered therapy.Prior to my work as a counselor, I was a licensed special education teacher in New York with three years of experience working in an integrated co-teaching classroom.
