ABOUT ALEXANDRA M.

As a female business owner with 8 years of experience in commercial catering, I have witnessed firsthand how the right environment can foster growth and innovation, and how the wrong environment can hold potential back. In my previous role, I experienced the challenges of working under a manager who didn’t allow for growth, which fueled my desire for change and inspired me to create a business that empowers both people and ideas.I founded Simply Commercial Kitchens to offer high-quality commercial kitchen design services, but also to build a workplace that values inclusivity and opportunity. As a mother of three boys, one of whom has additional learning needs, I am deeply committed to creating a work environment where everyone, regardless of ability, can feel included, supported, and have the chance to thrive.My journey as a business owner and mother has shaped my mission to make a positive difference—both in the commercial catering industry and in the lives of those who may face challenges in traditional workplaces. Whether I’m working on a new kitchen design or managing my team, I am focused on fostering an environment where personal and professional growth go hand in hand.
