I serve as a mentor to young athletes through weekly one-on-one meetings that focus on both performance and personal growth. I provide knowledge ranging from topic like confidence and mental toughness to fitness and nutrition, with the goal of building sustainable habits that translate on and off the field. By sharing my own experiences and perspectives, I provide practical guidance and accountability that complements traditional coaching while supporting the athlete’s holistic development.
