ABOUT ALEXANDRA LOSON

As engineer of material science with specialization in polymer science it is my passion to work in the international automotive industry. The seriously challenge of individual mobility is a great opportunity to develop and implement innovative, sustainable mobility solutions with respect of our planet and human being. This is base for all of us.Along with what I learned when I started out as engineer in the research department, then acquisition manager for OEM’s like VW, Audi, BMW, Daimler, Chrysler, Hyundai, my work in South Korea to successfully build an joint venture with a door module manufacture and managing the program launch in US, have supported me gain a broad perspective across different industry sectors.I have rotated across most of the regions of the automotive industry, and over the last 20 years this has helped me to develop deep knowledge in moderate multicultural teams, foster open communication and to guide through acquisitions and programs with agile management skills. This experience has also shaped my fact-based business approach.Based on the highly successful rating on the yearly review, rated on customer focus and priority setting, achieved with superior quality in drive for results, focused on time to pass, with impressive strength in building and motivating teams, exceptional command skills, strong timely decision making, proficient in problem solving, I’m capable to drive profitable business development.
