About Alexandra Levy
I am a program manager and civic engagement specialist with a strong track record of designing and leading initiatives that bridge divides and foster collaborative problem-solving to address some of the most pressing social challenges. My work focuses on empowering communities, grassroots groups, institutions, and policymakers to create inclusive, community-driven solutions with lasting impact. I have applied this approach both internationally and in the U.S. Globally, I have led initiatives supporting grassroots organizations across Africa, the Middle East, and Eurasia, designing programs that strengthen civic engagement, economic empowerment, and policy advocacy. My work has helped equip communities with the tools to drive their own development and amplify their voices in decision-making processes. Domestically, I focus on democratic innovations that engage everyday people in governance, such as citizen assemblies and participatory democracy efforts in Los Angeles.
