ABOUT ALEXANDRA LERRO

As a Human Resources Intern at Burns Engineering, Inc, I support the HR team in various tasks, such as assisting in creating and updating employee records, policies, and procedures. I enjoy learning from the experienced HR professionals and applying my legal studies knowledge to real-world scenarios.In addition to my internship at Burns Engineering, I also work as an Intern for Chairman and Congressman Robert A. Brady at Philadelphia Democratic Party. I manage the party\'s social media accounts, create spreadsheets of candidates and officials, send out weekly reminders of meetings and events, and assist the Chairman at State and Local Committee Meetings. I have the opportunity to interact and work alongside key leaders in the party, city officials, judges, and council members. I am passionate about politics and civic engagement, and I hope to pursue a career in this field after graduation.I am currently a rising senior at Temple University, majoring in Legal Studies at the Fox School of Business. I am a member of Delta Delta Delta Sorority and Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity, where I have held leadership positions, such as Chair of Continuous Open Bidding and Chair of Recruitment. I have also completed an Office Internship at Print & Mail Communications, LLC, where I gained valuable skills in communication, organization, and customer service. I am eager to learn new things, challenge myself, and contribute to the success of the organizations I work with.
