In my current role, I am the primary consultant to a set of high-volume Toyota dealerships for any fixed operations needs. I work to align Toyota\'s and the dealership’s goals, while maintaining focus on our mutual client: the customer.I leverage relevant primary data, research secondary data, and observe current business practices to help identify opportunities for growth for each dealership. Once goals are identified, I work with each management team to develop and implement sustainable action plans.I am a continuous learner and an inquisitive innovator. I ask big questions to get to the root of complex situations. I enjoy collaborating with my teams to find creative solutions.Having lived in different parts of the US, Europe, and South America with fluency in Spanish and proficiency in Portuguese, I keep an open mind and bring diverse perspective to the table.I am passionate about continuously learning and growing and would love to connect.
