I lead meetings such as daily stand-ups, weekly team meetings, and monthly cross-functional meetings in a friendly and inclusive manner. I collaborate with QA and engineering teams to resolve bugs, prioritize tasks, and avoid delays. Lastly, I ensure effective resource utilization by allocating resources effectively and avoiding waste or delays.
