WORK HISTORY
Director of Operations @Charity Charge
We Power Nonprofits. The truth is, running a nonprofit isn’t just about passion. It’s about finding the time, resources, and support to keep your mission thriving. Too often, nonprofit leaders are stretched thin, carrying the weight of both vision and operations. That’s where we come in.At Charity Charge, we exist to make life easier for nonprofit leaders so they can spend more energy where it matters most: serving their communities. From the very beginning, our focus has been on giving nonprofits equitable access to financial tools, resources, and education that help them grow stronger while saving time and money. How we do it:1. Smart financial tools. We provide a nonprofit-exclusive business credit card designed to save you money and support your mission. The card is underwritten to the EIN, giving organizations fair access to credit.2. Education that empowers. Through our free resources, blog, and podcast, we spotlight nonprofit voices and share actionable insights that help you scale your impact.3. Growing community. Our newsletter brings together thousands of nonprofit leaders who learn from shared stories, resources, and best practices, and we are continually building more ways for leaders to connect and support one another.4. Mission-first focus. Every tool, article, and conversation we create is designed to help you power your mission with confidence. You don’t need to figure everything out alone. We’re here to make sure that when challenges come up—financial, operational, or strategic—you have a trusted partner walking alongside you.Because when nonprofits thrive, communities thrive. And everyone wins.

ABOUT ALEXANDRA CRAIG KILCOYNE
I’m inspired by Charity Charge’s vision to create a thriving, connected community of nonprofits empowered with the tools they need to succeed. My role is about making that vision real—building the systems, processes, and behind-the-scenes support that keep our work running smoothly and scaling our impact.I want nonprofits to feel confident and supported when it comes to their finances, knowing they can rely on us to make their day-to-day work easier. It’s rewarding to know that the systems I help create free up leaders to focus on what matters most: their mission. After stepping away from Charity Charge for several years, coming back reminded me how rare it is to find work that’s challenging, supportive, and fulfilling. What fuels me is being part of a mission-driven team where every win—big or small—translates into greater impact for the nonprofits we serve. If you’re passionate about growing your nonprofit’s reach or looking for ways to work smarter, let’s connect. I’d love to hear your story and explore featuring it on Nonprofit Spotlight.
