ABOUT ALEXANDRA JOSEPH

Healthcare has always been more than a job for me, it’s the space where I feel my work actually matters.I work with US-based healthcare providers, health systems, and digital health companies on IT consulting and custom software development projects at ScienceSoft. My role sits between clinical reality, business needs, and technology, making sure solutions support care delivery, not complicate it.Before this, I worked directly with healthcare organizations in client success and operations roles, including hands-on experience with EHRs, practice management platforms, and day-to-day healthcare operations. I also studied healthcare administration, which shaped how I think about efficiency, compliance, and patient-centered care.I’m deeply motivated by improving how healthcare works - for providers, teams, and ultimately for patients. If technology can reduce friction and give clinicians more time to care, I want to be part of that.
