ABOUT ALEXANDRA JONES PATULLI
Alexandra is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and an International Behavior Analyst (IBA). She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Concordia University in 2010 and a Masters of Applied Disability Studies with a Specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Brock University in 2017.She has 16 years of experience working with a variety of children, adolescents, and adults with diverse needs (e.g, ASD, ADHD, ID, ODD, behavior difficulties) in settings such as homes, daycares, schools, and in centre. Alexandra specializes in early intervention for children to increase language, communication, independence, and reduce challenging behaviors while simultaneously working on increasing meaningful replacement behaviors. She also enjoys working with adults with with ASD on increasing independence with daily living skills to increase quality of life. Alexandra is passionate about collaborating with families by providing parent training and support to improve socially significant behaviors in their children. She believes that each client should be involved in their intervention planning and places a strong focus on their motivation and values.Alexandra currently works in private practice at Milestone Clinic supporting children, parents, and educators using evidence based strategies to teach a variety of skills.She also works as a Behavior Consultant at Summit School supporting neurodivergent students with challenging behaviors. At Summit, Alexandra conducts behavior assessments identifying the environmental contingencies surrounding the students challenging behaviors and collaborates with all members of the student team to develop evidence based intervention plans. She currently holds Level 4 credentialing in Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skill Based Treatment (SBT) for severe challenging behaviors. She is excited to disseminate the knowledge and experience she has gained for future learners and stakeholders.In addition, she provides supervision and mentoring in a fun and engaging experience to those pursuing certification in ABA (RBT, BCaBA, BCBA).
