About Alexandra Johnson

I\'m a driven student at Bowling Green State University, double majoring in Marketing and Business Analytics & Intelligence with a minor in Economics. As an Honors Ambassador Exec and Peer Facilitator within the college, I’m passionate about leadership, mentorship, and academic excellence. I\'m also a proud member of the BGSU Women\'s Swim and Dive team, where I’ve developed strong teamwork, discipline, and time management skills. I serve as a member of Leadership Council and Social Media Team within BGSU Swim and Dive. Additionally, I am currently a Falcon Media volunteer Intern. I\'m excited to continue growing both personally and professionally while preparing for a career at the intersection of business strategy and data-driven decision making.

1. Summer Club Swim Coach

   Inverness Club

   May 2025 — Present · Bowling Green, OH, US

   In this role, I coach young children—primarily ages six and under—fostering their social and athletic development, creating lasting memories, and supporting them as they reach important milestones. I also teach private swim lessons, assist with other age groups (including the 9–10s), and help manage the pool. I genuinely love working with kids and take pride in engaging with members to ensure a positive environment and exceptional customer experience.Additionally, I worked as a sales representative at American Eagle for two months during the summer. During this time, I gained valuable experience in retail sales, learning how to meet sales goals and understand key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure success in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
